RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love what you purchase from jacollard.com, but we understand things don’t always go to plan.

1. Return Period

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include original packaging and proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Digital products (eBooks, audiobooks, etc.) once downloaded or accessed

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

3. Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Books with visible signs of use

  • Items not in original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Items returned outside the 30-day period

4. Refund Process

To request a return:

  1. Email j.a.collardauthor@outlook.com with your order number and reason

  2. Once approved, you’ll be provided with return instructions

  3. Once received and inspected, you’ll be notified of your refund status

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our part.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  • Recheck your bank account

  • Contact your credit card company

  • Contact your bank (processing time varies)

Our policy does not exclude or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded.
