Digital products (eBooks, audiobooks, etc.) once downloaded or accessed

Gift cards

Items marked as final sale

3. Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

Books with visible signs of use

Items not in original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)

Items returned outside the 30-day period

4. Refund Process
To request a return:

Once approved, you’ll be provided with return instructions

Once received and inspected, you’ll be notified of your refund status
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our part.
